The Sensus WP-Dynamic series offers a well established and proven range of turbine based water meters, typically used for monitoring cold potable water delivery in line sizes from DN40 to DN400. With a wide dynamic range, typical accuracy is 2% down to the minimum operating flow: the performance meets the EEC specification of 30C Class B. The hermetically sealed register can be rotated through 360 degrees, and provides a mechanical register of total delivered flow. Electronic outputs can be provided with several styles of pulser unit, and the meter body also allows for a 0.25” connection for a pressure sensor.

DP flow from Emerson Process management includes annubar and orifice plate primary elements as well as the 3095 Mass Flowmeter and 3051 Volumetric Flowmeter ranges. All of these units are available in Probar, Compact orifice and Proplate configurations.

Emerson Process Management provide a wide range of industrial measurement products to suit a whole array of temperature and measurement applications.

These include models like the industry leading 3144 temperature transmitter and the established 1151 pressure transmitter which has been  providing a reliable service since 1969. Other models include the smart 3051 series and multivariable 3095 series pressure transmitters as well as the 644 head and rail mount and 244 PC programmable temperature transmitters.

These units are manufactured in a wide range of sizes and specification options but all have the same basic function. A dial and mechanical indicator continuously monitor the flow rate at any given time whilst electrical switches can be specified to signal when a particular level has been reached during increasing or decreasing flow rates. Switches are field adjustable over the full range. Where batching, trending, totalising or recording is required, all Flotech units can be supplied with a 0-10V or 4-20mA output. All sizes are manufactured to the same simple design concept, the main characteristic of which ensures that the pressure drops are confined to an absolute minimum (see ‘pressure drop’ charts) across the vane orifice at full flow, with viscosities as high as 600cS. Sizes are defined by pipe size and / or maximum flow capacity, and every flow switch is individually calibrated so that full scale deflection is used in each application i.e. the maximum scale reading coincides with the maximum requirement of system as specified by the customer. Calibration may be in any units with single or duel scale to specification.

A lightweight, flangeless flowtube that comes with a choice of Tefzel® or Teflon® linings. The Model 8711 is designed for installation between existing pipe flanges. Its flangeless construction gives you a lowercost magnetic flowmeter solution. The Model 8712 microprocessor based flowmeter transmitter provides the pulsed DC drive to the flowtube, and analogue and digital outputs. A local display and keypad provide operator information of flow rate, flow total, flow direction, alarms, etc.  

For fine manual control of flow conditions in laboratory testing or scientific equipment. Multi-turn needle valves give fine, accurate flow control. The Flow Controllers regulate the flow rate to avoid the effects of line pressure charges: the separate Pressure Regulators stabilise supply pressure to maintain constant conditions.                  

Provides excellent application flexibility and stable, accurate flow measurement signals on liquid, gas or steam processes. The patented sensing system is built into an all-cast body which requires no process seals, eliminates fugitive emissions and allows flowmeter maintenance while fluid is in the pipe. Only one sensor is required for the complete range. The unique shedder bar does not include ports or crevices in which fluid deposits might clog the sensor mechanism and degrade flowmeter performance.
